RealYou is a sixty-three-day identity program operated by Beecham Holdings LLC ("we," "us," or "RealYou"). You give us a short intake conversation and a photo. We generate a short cinematic film from that material and surround it with a daily practice, a writing practice, and community. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of RealYou, including the website, the onboarding flow, the RealYou portal, the community, and any related content or services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a tier, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least eighteen years old to use the Service. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. RealYou is not available in every country. If we are prohibited from offering the Service where you live, you may not use it.
You are responsible for the information you provide when creating your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You will not share your account with anyone else. You will notify us at support@realyou.app promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We may require multi-factor authentication or additional verification steps to protect your account and the material it contains.
You confirm that the intake answers, photo, and any other material you upload are yours to share and that you have the rights necessary to submit them. You will not upload material that belongs to another person without their permission. You will not use the Service to harass, defraud, threaten, or endanger anyone. You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, resell, or bypass the technical measures that protect the Service. You will not use the Service to build a competing product or to train third-party AI models on our content.
We agree to keep your material in the architecture described on the Pricing page and in our Privacy Policy. We will not sell your personal information. We will not train foundation AI models on your intake, photo, or reflections without your explicit, per-instance consent. Your finished film stays in your account until you delete it. On Day 90 we ask you to choose between keeping it and downloading a copy so we can erase ours, and we remove our copy of the source materials, subject to the retention schedule in the Privacy Policy. We will do our best to keep the Service available, secure, and working as described.
You keep ownership of the content you submit, including your intake answers, photo, written reflections, and any material you share in the community ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, display, and adapt Your Content solely to (a) generate and deliver your personalized film, (b) operate the daily practice and portal, (c) provide support, and (d) improve the Service using aggregated, de-identified analytics. This license ends when you delete Your Content or close your account, except where continued retention is required by law or needed to complete a transaction already in progress.
The Service, including the daily practice structure, prompts, written frameworks, code, design, and brand marks, is owned by RealYou or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Your personalized film is generated for you and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may keep, watch, and share your own film. You may not use it to promote another product, service, or organization without our written permission, and you may not resell it.
Stream is a one-time purchase that grants access to a single sixty-three-day program cycle. River and Ocean are not yet available; their pricing and billing terms will be published when they launch. All prices are shown in the currency listed at checkout and exclude applicable taxes, which will be added where required.
Stream is a one-time purchase. There is no recurring billing to cancel. If after 63 days you are unsatisfied, see section 10 or email hello@realyou.app. Any unused token remains in your wallet unless we revoke it for abuse.
We stand behind the program with a money-back guarantee. If after 63 days you are unsatisfied, request a refund by emailing hello@realyou.app from the address on your account. We will refund the full price you paid for that cycle. Where local law gives you stronger refund rights, those rights apply.
The Free Sample gives a taste of the program and is redeemed with a token received from someone already in the community. Tokens have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred outside the Service, and may be expired or revoked if we detect abuse of the token economy (including bot creation, mass invitation harvesting, or spam).
Stream members receive their own program and an extra signup token, which is ready to give from the wallet. The full community arrives with River and Ocean. When community features are available, you will treat other members with basic decency. You will not post material that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, harassing, or clearly off-topic. You will not solicit outside services or use the community to build a marketing list. Attempts to harvest, spam, or game the token economy will result in removal without refund.
RealYou is a neuroplasticity protocol, not clinical care, therapy, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Service is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are in crisis, contact a licensed provider or your local emergency service. You are responsible for deciding, with a qualified professional where appropriate, whether the Service is right for you at a given moment.
The Service relies on third-party providers for payment processing, cloud infrastructure, video generation, email delivery, authentication, and support. Their processing of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where the Service links to third-party websites, we are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, RealYou disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific outcome will result from your use of the program.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will RealYou, its affiliates, or their officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred United States dollars, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RealYou and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) content you submit to the Service, (b) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, and (c) your infringement of any third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if required by law, or if continued access poses a risk to other members or to the Service. Where possible we will give you notice and an opportunity to address the issue first. You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@realyou.app. On termination, sections that by their nature should survive (including payment, license, disclaimers, and liability) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless a mandatory law of your place of residence requires otherwise. You and RealYou each waive any right to a jury trial.
If we change these Terms in a way that materially affects your rights, we will email you at the address on your account thirty days before the change takes effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Service after the change takes effect counts as acceptance.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms, form the entire agreement between you and RealYou. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. You may not assign these Terms without our written permission; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor.
